With the help of Philadelphia law firm Cozen O’Connor, the team at Fletcher Street officially establishes the Philadelphia Urban Riding Academy (PURA) as a non-profit organization with Eric Miller as the Executive Director.
Two months later, Eric, Ricky, Dan, Staci Hagenbauch, and Ryan Spak meet with Councilman Jones and secure an official commitment to grant land to PURA on the behalf of the City of Philadelphia.
